Kooksoondang’s flagship makgeolli.
Traditional fermentation method yet, they do not use normal rice, it’s called 설갱미, Seol-gang-mi. Known for softer taste and shines bright white in colour and commonly used to make Bekseju.
It’s milky, sweet and soft. Pairs well with any fried dishes.
Shake well before served.
